TS101L Series Fixed Head “L” Side Pad

The TS101L dock seal with fixed foam head pad over “L” style side pads provides a very tight seal between interior & exterior environments for high volume traffic with consistent trailer widths & heights. The “L” style side pads give you full-width access to vehicles when docked at doors up to 10' wide. A wide selection of highly durable fabrics and additional wear surfaces are available to maximize durability. A variety of pad width, projections, tapers and bevel shapes assure customer satisfaction.

DESIGN STANDARDS:

• Head pad over “L” side pads – Standard head pad projection 10” (always 4” less than side pads)
• Standard “L” style side pad 14” projection with 4” dock bumper
• 22 oz. vinyl base fabric
• 10’wide x 8’high opening maximizes seal
• 7’8” between “L” side pads at face
• Maintain 4” projection differential between head pad and side “L” pads

TS101L Series Fixed Head “L” Side Pad Features:

• Tight seal between interior & exterior environments while allowing full access to trailer
• Standard side “L” pad projection is 14” with standard head pad at 10” projection
• Standard side “L” pad penetration is 10” – Maximum projection is 24”
• Accommodates high volume traffic with consistent trailer widths & heights
• Pressure treated lumber, kiln dried before & after treatment
• Full length yellow guide stripes to assist drivers in positioning of trailers
• All pads are vented for air & moisture release
• Tapered pad bottoms avoid wear & pinching
• Quick recovery, highly resilient, endurance tested foam compresses easily & yet maintains original shape
• Foam is chemically welded to double kiln dried pressure treated lumber with non-flammable adhesive
