For all products including lifts:
Company warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of original purchase. Component parts carry individual warranties as provided by the manufacturer. Our warranty does not extend to parts or end products subjected to misuse, neglect, damage in shipment, by accident or failure to comply with operating instructions. We will repair or replace any unit which is defective during the warranty period if that unit is returned to our factory properly packaged with transportation charges paid. Claims for unauthorized field labor or time charges will not be accepted. Company will not be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature.
Written factory permission must be received prior to return. Returns must be in good condition and made within 30 days of original shipment. Freight prepaid. Restocking charge of 20-25% on standard items, 50% on aluminum and stainless.
Cancellation of Order
If your order has not been shipped or received, you may send a letter to 1299 66th St. N., #41694, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 to request that your order be cancelled and request a refund. Please Note: If AN ordered item has not begun to be manufactured on the date of your request for cancellation, you will receive 100% refund of monies paid. Refunds will be processed within 60-90 days of request. This does not apply to custom or international orders. There are no refunds on custom or international ordered items.

Lead times are subject to change without notice. All lead-times are updated periodically and are subject to change during peak season and unexpected production delays.Lead-times may also vary based on larger order quantities.
Shipments are made FOB factory. Each product has been inspected before shipment. Consignee is responsible to inspect material at time of delivery, and should refuse shipment or make written notice to carrier upon receipt of damaged materials.
Carriers and Industrial Man Lifts will not accept claims if damage is not noted at the time of delivery.
Industrial Man Lifts can provide estimated freight cost based on our preferred carriers.NOTE: Costs are subject to change depending on fuel surcharges, special delivery requirements, etc. Industrial Man Lifts will not be responsible for differences in freight estimates and actual freight costs.
On collect or 3rd party billing shipments, any freight claims must be handled by the customer, including refused shipments.
