Pallet Truck with Hand Brake Option, model PM5-2748-HB, allows you to depress the hand brake to slow down or stop truck. The “Dead Man” Hand Brake Pallet Truck, model PM5-2748-DMHB, only moves when you depress the hand brake. Retrofit kit not available.
