The MD80 Maintenance Tail Dock is made with vertical tubing that is one of the industries strongest aluminum. It is 6063-T832 which is a drawn port hole extrusion and has a tensile strength of 42,000 PSI. This is what makes our scaffold stronger than any comparable aluminum scaffold.
Our rungs, braces, platforms and outriggers are made from 6005-T5 which has a tensile strength of nearly 38,000 PSI. Our adjustable legs are made from 6061-T6511 that has a tensile strength of 45000 PSI. Finally all of our castings are made from A356-T6 that has a tensile strength of nearly 34,000 PSI. These stands are fully customizable.
