Freight and shipment terms
Shipments are FOB factory unless otherwise specified. Shipping is via freight unless another arrangement is confirmed with Industrial Man Lifts. Confirm the shipment terms, destination and any special requirements for your order.
Freight estimates
Freight estimates may change with fuel surcharges, special delivery requirements and other carrier charges. Industrial Man Lifts is not responsible for differences between estimated and actual freight costs.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the shipment when it arrives and document any visible damage with the carrier at receipt. Contact Industrial Man Lifts about a damaged or incomplete shipment with the order details and supporting photographs. On collect or third-party-billed shipments, the customer handles freight claims, including refused shipments.
